Reflection












SECTION 1
Our company provides a food product which is called Prank Fries. It is a fries topped with cheese, we also sell drinks as our side products which is lemon drink and ice lemon tea. Our company consist of 7 members. We promote or products via social media such as Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp. We used the poster that we made and shared it in our social media to attract the customers. We provide our phone numbers so that they can reach us easily if they want to buy our products. We also did direct selling at the foyer of Faculty of Engineering. Our company’s achievement is that we gain business knowledge through this course and we also achieved our targeted profit. Our sales increased from one week to another week.



SECTION 2
During our business implementation, we have faced some problems which have affect our achievement. One of the problems that we faced is about the pack schedule. All of us have different schedule as we are from different courses so we have quite limited time to discuss about our business and also during the selling time of our products. Besides, we also faced difficulty in selling our products because it is low demand. As you know, we are selling fries which is best served when it is still fresh and hot. Some people may not be interested in buying our products because they are afraid that the fries is not fresh and hot when they get their products. Lastly, we had difficulty in communicating among the group members. As mentioned before, we are from different courses so it is hard for us to communicate with each other.
We did overcome our problems and manage to sell our products. The solutions that was done to overcome our problems is by doing work distribution. The leader of this group, Syira distributed the works that has to be done within the group members equally. Besides, we did promotion of our products via WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook to overcome the low demand of our products. We also promote our products to our friends. Last but not least, we had a meeting session where all the group members are present to discuss about our business and how we could attract customers into buying our products.
In the future, some of the things that we can do better is by expanding our market. We can sell our products not only to students and staff in UMS but also to the local people outside of UMS so that our sales can increase. Moreover, we could sell more variations of food that can attract more customers. Lastly, we should reduce the plastic waste in selling our products by using paper bag instead of plastics as we know that UMS is an Ecocampus university.
General Reflection

Based on this course, we managed to learnt so many thing especially regarding entrepreneurship knowledge. Basically, It was never been easy to be an entrepreneur, it always been hard at first but work in a group consists of seven members make the difficult assessment becomes easy at the end.

This course make us learnt also about how to think a very excellent idea which to do either services of selling a product. After about a months and a week after setup everything and want to make sales we then realize that we actually choose hard product to sell, it not hard actually but because we choose to sell fries so we see it hard to maintain the hot or if not our customer will probably not satisfied with our product.

Next, we also learn to make a counting and calculate everything even though our group just gain a little profit but unless we manage to avoid any loss.

Last but not least, actually the huge thing regarding this course was it teaches us and at the same time also develop our soft skills which is about leardership, teamwork and also build a confident by presentation because we need  to speak in front of others.
